BOOKING

The apartment is booked free of charge for up to two weeks. After booking, the booker selects the interior design package according to the given choices and then in cooperation with the seller the necessary documents for the legal debt agreement shall be prepared. If the customer does not provide the data required for the agreement during the booking period, the seller has the right to unilaterally cancel the booking.

LEGAL DEBT AGREEMENT (LBA)

A notarized legal debt agreement requires the payment of 10-15% of the purchase price. The agreement is valid until the house is completed and the real estate contract signed. Before the contract is signed, all the terms of the sale are agreed.

REAL ESTATE CONTRACT (REC)

A notarized real estate contract is signed, the buyer pays the rest of the purchase price and receives the completed apartment ownership.

The prize of the apartment includes

  • interior finish according to the selected package
  • connection fee to the electricity network
  • connection fee for water supply and sewerage
  • connection fee for central heating

The prize does not include

  • notary fee and state fee related to the conclusion of the sales contract (paid by the buyer)
  • connecting phone, data and cable TV networks
